Elle s\u2019adresse aux familles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des tensions, des incompr\u00e9hensions ou des \u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u00e9stabilisants. Voici ses principaux objectifs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Am\u00e9liorer la communication entre les membres<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Favoriser un espace d\u2019\u00e9coute et d\u2019expression respectueux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aider chacun \u00e0 formuler ses ressentis, besoins et attentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Comprendre les dynamiques familiales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifier les r\u00f4les, les alliances, les conflits ou les non-dits qui influencent les relations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre en lumi\u00e8re les sch\u00e9mas r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs ou les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9fense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Renforcer les liens familiaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restaurer la confiance et la solidarit\u00e9 entre les membres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourager la coop\u00e9ration et le soutien mutuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
